After almost 3 weeks of feeling good,I'm not too good right now,Not had a good night and feeling jittery with a knotted tum this morning,Think is because I have a long train journey on Thursday Trying my breathing exercise,but not working so far.

I'm sorry to hear about that , just remember its our anxiety and I know you can conquer it just cherish the positive things around and be in the moment I'm sure your gonna be okay
Thanks for the support,I know it will pass in time,I'm just trying to focus on the fact that at the end of my trip my grand kids will be waiting for me,so I am trying to be positive xx

I think you could be right about your train journey making you anxious. When I have a trip out I tend to start thinking about it and I can set my anxiety off.
I am sure you will be fine, you are doing the right things i.e. posting on here and your breathing exercises so you are taking positive steps. try and think about the journey as an adventure all the intresting things you will see from the train window.
