Well made it through the night despite feeling like the living dead didn't sleep much ,feeling rough but gotta let the meds kick in haven't I ?

Just what I'm doing mimi,have had a little breakfast out shopping with my friend ,now just going to have a bit of turkey breast with rice ,shortly xxx

Hi meg... Its a process ..and some times it feels like nothing will help..But your on the right track if you have sought out medical help. Yes the Meds will take a day or two.. But be secure in the knowledge that your doing something to help yourself... take strength from that..and keep it up. tonight will be better...love and peace xo steve

Hi Steve and thanks ,yest I want to forget it was horrendous,hope I sleep a little better tonite goodness knows I really need some solid kip,but most nights I sleep very badly anyway,my brain seems to go into overdrive with worries and anxiety,I should switch off I know,I pray each day will be diff,but each day something will kick me in the teeth as allways.i think that's y I seem to pick up every bug going in winter I ab dread winter because of this

Thank u so much love,it can't b soon enough ,these winter bugs r a bug bear aren't they ,some very nasty,doc gave me steroids and a/b,please god soon they will start to have some effect xxx

They are indeed a pain x My hubby had one with sickness and dio and no matter what he did it would not go x The docs said it was a bacterial infection in the end and put him on steroids and antibiotic after 2 days he was up and at them x If you have steroids they usually kick in very quickly so you may be feeling better very soon x
