In a panic!!

Hi everyone, I'm in a flap!! All going well as past while but this afternoon I took this sharp stabbing pain just under my belly button lower right side. It seem to come and go but I was working with it. Since I came home it's stil there comes and goes. I'm really panicing incase it's my appendix or something more serious. I'm on the internet like mad!!!

Thank you for your reply. I live in n.ireland we don't have NHS direct. Just A&E. To be honest pain isn't just as bad occasionally comes and goes so I honestly don't think it's my appendix. It's a funny pain I've took paracetamol so hope it settles. Having HA makes it worse u imagine everything xx
