First cold...

First mini illness of the year. Woke up sneezing, blocked nose and sore head. I tell you I used to be good with colds but with this HA it's about 100x worse!

I feel death is coming, even thought I know I'm being dramatic my mind is taking over.

I haaaaaate the winter! Actually detest it, bring back my sunny days when I felt so much better.

I really think this is going to be a long winter with this anxiety.

Welcome to the land of colds & flu !

No seriously I am sorry you seem to have caught a cold

Listen though stay positive if its a cold , take your lemon & stuff & it should pass in a few days which will be good news

If its flu , which it wont be well erm , will deal with that one when & if but I doubt it will happen

I no though I am struggling with this flu , its been a week & I have had some wobbles but you will get through but I can understand how it gets to you !

Now keep warm , rest , fluids , & some paracetamol if you need them & lets get rid of yours !

Hi Ashley,

I am not to go with colds myself well any illness really just want it all over quick a day or so is enough for me.

Do as why why says rest, fluids, pain killers, and you will be okay in no time.

I don't mind winter as I get well wrapped up and out I go, think it's because there is less people about also and I like that. hope you soon on the mend, gardener
