Oh to be young again

Just thinking back to my teenage years, mine were in the 60's. Nothing to worry about apart from lads, make up, dancing and booze. Now it's work, kids, grand kids, housework, HA, money, old age, pensions. Ah the bliss of getting old

Haha Holly I know I'm only 27 but my best years were 10 years ago, I was just turning 18, I was the only one out my friends to work, I was out all the time, never had hangovers, never had anything to worry about. 18 was the year I enjoyed the most I think. I'd do anything to go back and do it all again. Xx

I sometimes think the same. I was a teenager in the early 1970's and remember a lovely hassle-free existence of mum doing all my washing and getting the dinner, while I preened myself for a night out or slobbed around my bedroom listening to records.

My happiest times were definitely in my 20s, out every night enjoying myself! Wish I could turn back time

If I could go back to my youth, I`d miss modern technology. mobile phones, computers,etc. I wouldn`t mind being young now, but back in the 60`s & 70`s it was hell being a young woman with all the sexual harassment that I had to tolerate, & the way everyone just laughed it off. It was like living in a carry on film! E$veryone was so sexist & racist back then, & I wouldn`t want those days back for anything!
