Hello. I am so sorry ... I also suffer from severe health anxiety .. even when I have a soar throat I think I’m dying.. it started for me about 2 yrs ago as well. I am now going thru some health issues and I am terrified to find out what may be wrong. I have even started putting things together in my head for my 8 year old just in case. It terrifies me to think I won’t be here for her. In my

I am also suffering from major anxiety and depression,I think I have suffered health anxiety all my life I am now a senior citizen and I am suffering the worst time of my life and my fear is so great I won’t even go to Drs in case I have got some serious illness ,my life consists of none stop crying ,panic attacks and loss of apertite nobody could ever imagine what we go through unless they suffer from it themselves thank God for this site and the people who offer support to us even though they themselves are suffering hope you start to feel better soon sending you a big hug x
