Does anyone feel as if they are going to float upwards during a panic attack or feel very light?

Dear Everyone,

Quite often when I have a panic attack in bed I feel very light, as if I am going to float upwards. Does anyone have similar feelings or recognise this?

yes. I do. I think it's due to hyperventilation. light head and pins and needles in my legs. I hate it :(
