You mean Bach's Rescue Remedy?

I did try it a few months ago when I was suffering from anxiety - a friend suggested I try it. I didn't find it had any effect on me, tbh, BUT possibly it works by giving you "time out" from your anxiety for a short period. To explain what I mean - You have to make the decision to use it, then go and get a small glass of water, add the drops, then sit down for a short while to sip it quietly. In doing this you're giving yourself permission for a few minutes of "me" time and maybe the small routine is enough to bring on a more positive feeling and gives your brain a little time to calm down.

I've used some Relaxation and other MP3 recordings from Andrew Johnson and one of the things he recommends on his site is to sit down quietly and sip chilled water for 5 minutes to regain composure when you're feeling tense or stressed, so I feel that the Rescue Remedy could work the same way.

I tried it and it didn't have any effect on me at all. It may work for you, we all react different

Yes,I carry a bottle around in my handbag. Not sure if it really works-more of a "fail safe" I guess.Haven't used it for about a year but used to swig 5drops straight on my tongue.psychologically-it workec for me,but not sure it really calmed me much.My good friend swore by it-worked fo her.

Think I may need more CbT eh? Ha ha. Xx

I use it all the time,it does calm you down, last time I was on the plane going on hols, had anxiety, nausea, sucked 2 rescue pastilles and it went away,I also use the night one for sleep, now I am very sensetive to meds, and it takes very little to have effect,so it might not work for everyone...love Miarose..xx
