I'm still moving forward, it's a long hard journey but the days are improving. I have to see a shrink on Monday and Physio the same day, my back has been quite bad but atleast i'm getting the right help for it now,

Hi londonman, Ive had bad back years ago, really affects everything you do being in constant pain, dont know if you've ever tried a chiropractor, I found it really helped, on one occasion the relief was instant, travelled there in back of car on hands and knees and on way back could sit normally
