I must have been a boy in a former life lol but last few days have been okay I guess. GTA5 has took my mind off all the break up stuff so I'm happy for the distraction. It's all about keeping busy and staying in the moment...it's so true though, no point What If'ing about my failed relationship as I could what if myself right up my own backside..it's been it's done...nothing can be taken back and nothing will ever change so just be here now and see what happens.
Anyway I hope you all have a good day lovely people
Xx

Well least you'll get some peace and quiet lol xx
Morning Ashley
Thank goodness for that game , it ought to be on the NHS , I feel , seems to be helping a lot of people
Distraction is good & it proves that if we can keep our minds occupied , it does help to keep certain things from screwing us up
You sound really positive today & that made me smile
Keep playing that game
Love

Hey Ashley I to am using the GTA5 method. I totally agree should be offered on the nhs.
Seriously though glad you're sounding positive. I know you've been struggling.
What a positive attitude. I'm a bit out of the loop, I'm really sorry to hear you broke up with your bf but you've got a really great outlook on everything that's happened and how you can move forward, it sounds like you're in a good mindset at the moment Good old GTA5! Haha xxx
