Fear anxiety worry concern.

I cared for my husband for sixteen years. He passed away in 2010" two months after I was diagnosed with cancer. Had the op. radio therapy and chemotherapy. I am suffering from what they suspect is motor Neuron disease. I am riddled with fear, heart racing. Panic attacks.,especially these wake me up. I'm scared and have lost my voice

Hi & Welcome

You have been through such a lot , i would imagine this has had a big contribution to your anxiety

I am so sorry for your loss & then after having to deal with your own illness & i am not surprised you feel full of fear

Have you seen your GP & explained how you are feeling , & how you are now suffering with anxiety , they should support you & hope they do

Keep talking on here , it helps to no you are not alone with how you feel & that people do care

Hi I'm sorry to here that u haven't had it good with ur health and ur husband passing away. U have been thou a bad time so no wonder if suffering panic attacks. The thing with axiety is the more u think of it the more it's there. I am sorry I'm not more help at this moment in time. U will get alot of support on this site xxx
