I have been told by the person who is doing my CBT that I cannot go on google or seek reassurance this is really making me very stresses I don't think I can keep it up i feel so ill

Tell the person doing your CBT that you can and will do what you like mate. Although Google is not always a good thing to do as we are prone to read the negative stuff lol. You will get support and reassurance from people on here and if thats what YOU want to do, then who can stop you? Unless the person doing your CBT is called Moses and has recently come down a mountain with it written on his stone tablets, Take no notice. xxx

Ok will do sometimes I get peed off with people telling me what to do. It's ok for them they don't have our problems

Maybe if you let them no to just cut it of like that is causing you so much upset , they might come to something that you both could be happy with

I no CBT is there to help , even though its not for everybody , see how you go , let is no & yes come & talk to us , I find been on here is better than Google any way :)

Ive never been good at being told what to do mate, ask me, advise me, suggest to me but dont fookin Tell me lol. xxx
