Hi guys uve had enough now two weeks ago i went to london to visiit and had abad panic attack worst one in 20 yrs and now i cant seem to shake it off u inm constoany shaking feeling sick feel like im going csxg

Hi kelly hope you are ok. Do you suffer regularly? Have you seen a GP?

Sometimes just talking on here helps me, because others can relate.

I often feel like I'm going crazy but have been reassured I'm not, it's the anxiety taking toll.

Hope you start to feel better soon. I've been reading up on it and as hard as it it, apparently trying to welcome the feeling and ride it out rather than be afraid of it works. Easier said than done though iisn't it. X

It's awful when it just won't go away isn't it, exhausting too. Maybe, as LooLoo said, a trip to the gp might be best. I'm afraid I don't have a quick answer but do keep talking.

Hi guys i have been to c gp and wants to either up my meds or switch to sumthing else but im scared to do one or other i try and stick it out but it dnt work
