Ive been going to the gym for 16 weeks a couple of times week but today I start my programme of going 5 days a week! I'm going to keep,a dairy on here and on paper so lets see if it works as much as they say it works, not everyone can exercise and I'm mindfull of this and please believe me when I say that the gym for me 6 months ago was a none starter i hated the even the idea of a walk but I have a feeling that this approach might work me lets hope so lol feeling +

To the gym
I used to go to the gym and loved it but when I got ill I had to stop,( social phobia).. So I took up walking and walk everyday, except Sunday ,(lie in day), and it has done me the world of good. I go about 6.30am and find on my way back I feel great and it sets me up for the day. Good luck with the gym.
Hey man, good luck! It'll probably be a doddle if you've been going so much over the last few weeks. Really glad you're feeling positive and hope it helps you to feel less anxious soon! Look forward to hearing your updates.

I've just today, joined a new local gym here and hope to go at least three times a week.
Not been today as I went to the beach but will go again first thing in the morning mind you it's only 8:30 still time or shall I sit here thinking about it hmm
