Morning hope you are well too. I'm not very happy this morning as took my phone to O2 shop to get it sorted out to find they no longer make they phone I have so have got to wait and see if I can get a battery in the post within 10 days. So frustating all I wanted was to be able to text and call without my phone going dead argh. How are you this morning? Xxx

I'm not great today, but I'm just cracking on and trying to get on with it. How you doing today?

Felt ok until the counselling sessions, as usual I cried. I have health anxiety modules to look at.
