Wierd symptoms around my chest.

Hey everyone, I've been having these strange sensations around my chest, I can't explain it but its worrying. I have noticed that I do narrow my breathing quite a bit and have very bad intrusive thoughts about suffocation. I was just wondering I'm I putting pressure on my chest by these thoughts and my change in breathing habits cause. I just can't quite work out anything at all. Thanks you

I no when I am anxious or having a panic attack , my breathing feels the same as you describe

Have you tried when you feel this way , to slowly take deep breaths in & then slowly letting them back out

I no it can be hard to concentrate doing this when you feel as you do ,but I do find this helps

I'm not a doctor so can't really comment, but I have had similar and thought them to be muscle tension in my chest when I'm so anxious.
