Feeling shaky this morning, headache coming and going. Had to have a cry at 4am just to release the tension. Hubby gone away today on business back tomorrow though.I think this is the cause.Im trying to do this mind over matter and keep busy. Feeling alittle lost, but i can get through this....xxx
Hi yummimummy, sorry to hear you're not doing well. How this illness affects so many of us exactly the same. You take good care.
Hugs, Andy xx
Hi, yummimummy, sorry your feeling rubbish today, your right you can get through this! My hubby works away also and it sends my anxiety through the roof, its one of my triggers the anticipation of him going sometimes I think, seems unbearable. I do miss him and its awful, but I know I can manage! anxiety controls so much of my life that I refuse to let it control this. My two children keep me very busy but when I get a little break i like to use it to practise being kind to myself (something I'm not very good at) or even just practice my breathing and meditation, take a bath, anything. before I know it he's home again.
The small hours are the worse, aren't they? When you haven't had enough sleep and the world is dark and quiet and everything seem so overwhelming. I was there, too, at around 4 ths morning. So sorry that it all got to you but I hope sharing it has helped a bit.
(hug)
I think Monday mornings are the pits. Anxiety is high, two days with the family then bam no one. I just try to keep busy and set myself little goals to do. Although this morning I'm still sat here in my pjs wondering what to do next!
(((( hugs)))))))
