So finally going to hypnotherapy tommorow after a false start a few weeks ago, trying to be hopeful as there are no guarentees - I'll let everyone know how it goes, feeling kinda nervous - it would be good to be able to get rid of my emetophobia after 20 years, the primary source of my anxiety (I think so at least)
