Please can people look at my answer I wrote to my own question "why are there no 24 hour helplines apart from the Samaritan" I've just wrote to myself an answer to the question rather than blogging it and it is really too long for me to type out again but I reall really need some responses as I'm feeling really low. I have tried many and samaratins is the only one i have found that is 24 hour although nhs direct are really good. I have rung them with anxiety. Daytime i ring mind as have been referred to them for help. X
