I will be off early in the morning.... :) and thank you.....

The final arrangements have been made I will be leaving for my weekend adventure early in the morning..

My car is packed with things I am taking....it's actually a bit ridiculous the amount of stuff I'm taking for a weekend away.... Oh well hey ho

I am so pleased I feel well enough to make this journey the last 6 months in particular have been very tough for me, and the realisation that I was suffering that badly I had to leave a good job...I realise I have a long way to go to be myself again, for now this is a step in the right direction...

I am thinking of those of you who are suffering and I am writing this blog to let you know it's possible to come out of that very dark place ....because I didn't think I ever could..maybe this is for a short time I'm not sure, but right now that doesn't matter I have some respite....

This weekend I'm going to forget all that and try and have some fun with friends...I never thought I would be even contemplating this journey ..my lows have been bad...

Not sure how I will feel next week but for now I feel ok to take a small adventure and that is a massive achievement believe me.

..I certainly put a large part of this down to the great people on this site, and their never ending support , and for that I am truly grateful...it has given me faith..

I hope that others find some peace this weekend....

I will let you know how my adventure goes ....
