Headache again

I have bad headaches everyday and they r getting me down im just so fed up with having them

I no hun , it will be stress & anxiety & when it is , even painkillers don't help

I get them to as well as migraines

The more you think about them , it helps bring them on

I know but i dont feel anxious or stress but i still get them

Have you seen your GP about them

If you havnt then go & ask , if you have & they have said everything is ok , even though I no you don't feel you are feeling stressed , it most likely will be

The thing I no gives me migraines are hormones

I know my are hormonal because i get them after my periods

Do you suffer from depression as well as anxiety as that can cause headaches too? I get a lot plus the occasional migraine. Hope you feel better soon.xxx

Yes i do i am on anti depression tablets
