Hi community, I’ve been dealing with anxiety disorder for 3 months now. Some days are awesome, some days not so good and some days are just too bad so I decided to start medication to help me get out of this faster. I just wanted to know if there’s anyone going through pills, specially paroxetine. Am I expected to feel anxiety during my first week? When will I feel better? Any recommendations

Hi NessielsFree, you can try going to drugs.com to get specific drug info, good user reviews, etc. You didn't mention your age or maybe some circumstances that may have triggered this "3 months ago". Based on my experiences I would try to take some of the good recommendations on this site, journaling and a to-do list daily. I also would talk to a counselor first to discuss your symptoms and onset. Celexa may be a good starter choice. For periodic episodes of anxiety Clonazepam may be good only temporarily as needed. I'd see a counselor first step. Good luck.
