I have been feeling really weird lately i feel like my anxiety is taking over my life and i've tried many things to help me during those times and nothing feels like its working so i feel even more stuck and like i have no idea what to do about it. Some things i've been feeling is very short tempered, easily annoyed, panic attacks, not thinking straight

I felt like this the beginning of February. I noticed I needed to slow down and realize what I’m grateful for like being alive, the weather, friends, love etc. I know it’s easier said than done but your brain is in “fight or flight” mode if that makes sense

Sorry you are struggling. Have you tried calling a mental health hotline? This helps me a lot to talk through it with a counselor (and not have to wait for my next therapy appointment). Best of luck on your journey!

Hi tulips6, feeling but not fighting anxiety is the key. Anxiety loves to

agitate us with these symptoms. Ignore and keep your mind busy with

other things to think about. Dr. Claire Weekes found a theory that

Acceptance of our symptoms could allow them to go away w/o a struggle

in her book "Hope & Help for your Nerves". Free video on YouTube which

i no the feeling, I’ve been exactly the same, I dread night times more than anything, fed up of constantly waking up and mind running away.
