Okay so I’m in a 3 yr going onto 4 relationship with my boyfriend! When we first got together I was 15 having bad anxiety (my relative had passed away) and I was struggling with panic attacks for id say 3-4months. We didn’t really see each other for about 2 months of this time so when I would tell him about it it was usually through text and he never really saw me freaking out. So went I finally saw him I wasn’t struggling much anymore. But recently I’ve been struggling with panic attacks mild anxiety and depression for about 7 or 8 months. He sees me almost everyday and I don’t really let him see how bad my anxiety is or my depression. I’ve opened up here and there but he doesn’t seem to really care what I’m saying (he doesn’t know how to help kinda) but he literally my best friend and the only person in my life who actually cares about me I just kinda want him to know without me saying I’m struggling. Which isn’t fair to him at all so what do I do? Do I open up or do I just ignore it? I’m just so lonely and I genuinely have no clue if I should tell him or just leave it alone. (My mom said I’m going to scare him away so I’m worried about that) I know he loves and cares for me I don’t want to bother him with my mental health.
