Panic attacks

I'm a high school wrestler and at our last meet which was two days ago I experienced multiple panic attacks. During the panic attack I was still wrestling . Now I always have them but usually after matches never during! I ended up getting pinned if you know anything about wrestling. After the match I was walking around felling like I couldn't breath but felt like no one could see me. One of the team moms came over and helped me calm down, after the panic passed a coach came over (Hes known for being an asshole) asked me if I was hurt I said no he asked If I was butt-hurt again no I told him what happen and he told me to suck it up . After that I was done with the Convo and walked off which he made me run for today at practice for but am I in the wrong.

I am so sorry that happened to you. You are not in the wrong. A good coach would try to help you and her to the bottom if it. This coach is the rough and tough coach - old school- that we used to think was the way coaches should be. I am a coach by the way and would only be concerned.
