I’m just posting to try to help others with depression and anxiety, know that there is success and wellness with mental health.
I have found happiness with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and you can as well. CBT is helping me better than medication alone. And, it has only been 2 weeks since I started. It has given me peace of mind and body, brought clarity to my thoughts, feelings and behaviors and has given me a base and anchor while easing my stress and struggles.
I know that it sounds too good to be true and I was skeptical about CBT once. But, it has really helped and made a difference.
This may sound like a commercial but I don’t have any ties to CBT other than being a successful recipient of it’s benefits.
My best advice is to just try it. There’s nothing to lose and everything to gain, when it comes to your mental health and peace of mind. You deserve it and it is there for the taking.
