There is always a fight between my mother and sister over something or other; not a single day goes by when there is peace in the house. I try to calm my mind by doing meditation, but to no avail. My mental health is getting worse day by day, and I have no one with whom I can share my problems.

I asked my retired parents why they fight and argue so much and my dad said it was the best time he ever had and he enjoyed it and my mum loved to talk back and they stop boredom. You mustn't come in between but you can start your own polite conversations before or anytime and that will make difference between your relationships and building your emotional stability

When I was young, I would cover my head with a pillow and sing when my father would be screaming at my mom.
Time passes and you can escape those bad situations when you can
Hello synergy1 I hope you are fine,
For some people, as surprising as it may be, arguments are a way of communication. This may be the case between your sister and your mum. And if their way of communication does not fit your way, you need to tell them, explain how bad you feel when they argue and how happy you feel when they don't. You may even try to offer her a solution (do not become the pacifier, this is a dangerous game), for example only argue by text or only argue in the street.
You must make you first important before them, because you'll never be able to help them if you don't !
Hope this helps,
Love from France

Hello.
If you need someone to talk to directly, send me a private message. I can absolutely sympathize with what you’re dealing with. It’s no good living amongst such negativity. It’s a drag mentally to want to even get out of bed in such an environment. Please help to stay positive and know you not alone.
I have had similar issues with my mom and sister fighting which is why I live 500 miles from then now - haha! You can always come here to share - that's why we are here. I hope today is better.
Hello Breakfastlover810. Welcome. I read your bio. I am so sorry for the loss of your husband. Hopefully being here with others who understand will help you in your healing.
