So I slept again which was great although I did wake up at 3am. Fortunately I was able to go back to sleep and get some more rest.
it’s also my birthday today so I’m staying positive going out to the theater later with some friends to keep myself distracted and I wanted to do something that I find a normal part of my life!
hope you all are doing great and that we can do this no matter how hard it seems.

I know this from experience. In simple terms, recovery comes to those who make their lives bigger than anxiety and sounds very much like you are doing this. Accept that you will feel anxious and let go all negative thoughts and feelings that will try their damndest to put you off!
Persevere and you'll find it's just a matter of time before those pesky symptoms fade away. Don't strive for recovery [busying yourself trying to get rid of the symptoms 😱😭😱😭] because it will come to you, all in good time.
Take care and here if you need more advice. It's free too!
Happy birthday - I hope it gets better and better every year. It's so wonderful to have friends that care about you and love you, and the gratitude of that can make life so amazing.
