I’m doing good, as my anxiety and depression are getting better since I’ve started Sertraline and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the last few months.
I’m grateful for the improvements and I am sharing in order to hopefully bring hope, relief and positivity to others in their depression and anxiety journey. Please try and do the same, as happiness for even small improvements and healing moments can help your mental health and wellbeing.
Other people might find comfort knowing that they too can find themselves amongst the successful ones and not give up in looking for solutions.
So, please help and share your healing moments and experiences. It not only helps others find peace and solutions, but it helps you find peace and gratitude for yourself.
