If you can, I would like to hear about your meditation practice if you do it. Where, how often, what you do while meditating. etc. Whatever you are willing to share.
Also, do you feel it helps and how.

I do tapping meditations, pretty much every day and it's nice because they are short - usually 12 minutes or less. There are a lot of meditations at the site, but I just do the free ones. Currently they are offering a Wellness Reset Challenge (it's free) that I'm doing. thetappingsolution.com/
