Meditation - advice, help, your input. I'd like to hear from you please.

Good morning, everyone. I hope, wish and pray for healing, health and peace for each of you.

If you can, I would like to hear about your meditation practice if you do it. Where, how often, what you do while meditating. etc. Whatever you are willing to share.

Also, do you feel it helps and how.

I’m sorry I can’t help you. I have the attention span of a nat. My mind can’t shut up long enough. I’ve tried a few times but it doesn’t work for me.

Hi

I have been using insight timer for 2,010 days consecutively:) I just checked my stats

I like to meditate late afternoon early evening. I also enjoy an affirmation guided meditation in the am

I started doing it years ago. I had no attention span but over time that changed. I just wanted my head to slow down its thinking process.

Now I'm able to do body scans. Some times I get deeper relaxations than others.

The benefit for me is a time of peace

I practice on a as needed basis. I usually listen to instrumental jazz or sometimes the sound of rain 🌧

I do tapping meditations, pretty much every day and it's nice because they are short - usually 12 minutes or less. There are a lot of meditations at the site, but I just do the free ones. Currently they are offering a Wellness Reset Challenge (it's free) that I'm doing. thetappingsolution.com/
