After many months my anxiety is back, just because of some people's bad behavior and they mentally tortured me.I am feeling so anxious, helpless and lonely. I am thinking to start Lexapro and Xanax again.

Asif_Melton, sometimes we need a little help with our emotions through medication

and therapy. Please ask your doctor before resuming your meds.

Also my friend, never allow someone to bring your down in order to lift them up.

You don't deserve that. We're always here to listen and support you through trying

times. :) xx
