I don't know if any of you have heard of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or 'tapping'.I'm doing something called 'The 30 Day Social Confidence Challenge - FREE' by Social Anxiety Solutions, run by a man called Seb. He is concentrating on social anxiety, but this can be used for any problem (lack of confidence, negative past experiences, traumas, etc). I really feel it could help with agorophobia too.
I'm on session 3, and I've already learned so much, and understand how past negative experiences have made negative beliefs, which have contributed to acute anxiety and depression.
It's a bit weird, but it's worth trying. Best of luck!
