force yourself to get out of bed. wet yourself if you have to, that should get you up showering doing laundry and changing the sheets. wait till evening to get back in bed.

Welcome to the community. Getting up and making the bed is one of the first things I was told to do. We should not go back in that bed during the day.
It is so easy to crawl back in and shut out the world but it's not going to help us move forward.
Make a list, even if it's one thing.... take a shower. Check it off your list, your day has now become productive
