I am not alone with my anxiety. I experience my good days. I am glad I feel secure to really
express my innermost emotions which are valid here. It makes sharing more powerful. It
is connecting to our community of anxiety that provides strength to get through the rough spots of life. I have seen professional therapist in person in the past. Now, I reach out and get
to share my thoughts with support groups online. I attend workshops and sessions online.
