As i text this im being bounded by anxiety and depression. I wish it was different. I wish i lived in a different world.Every single bad life event recalled. Regret, guilt, fear experience it all.
Add in anger and alienation along with isolation .. Ive said enough. Sorry to anyone effected by this.....

We've all been there. All those feelings plus the anxiety are probably why I'm so %?&*( tired all the time. I can't fix it... but I can say that you are definitely not alone. And people (maybe need a nastier word) did this to all of us. Arg.
Hi, I decided to log in after a year. I was in the same situation you described a few years ago when I joined this chat group. I’ve felt all the emotions you described also have a long history of mental illness. It has taking me a long time but I’m better of course I was baker acted of course I’m in medication this just don’t disappear but you can take ove. You can control most of it. By being aware of what you are feeling and what makes things worse. Make a list of all the things that you like and all the things you dislike. Work on letting go and I mean people, things that might bring you memories or trigger you. Your anger if this is because of people you can just let go of them. They don’t have control over you, you do. If is work think about what makes you happy and journal everyday. This way you can track what is triggering each one of your conditions. Also medication had done wonders for me but it took about 10 years to get me in the right meds and dosage. Built strength inside and don’t let anyone bring you down. You are worth it.
