Worried about husband

Hello from Texas 😊I'm worried sick not sleeping much and agitated as hell.

My husband has a procedure this coming Thursday. It's a heart cath . He's had it once before but still worried and anxious 😟

My husband is my biggest fan and supporter and just scared to lose him. He's in his 60s and me barely in 50s and he has several health issues and I'm just worried 😟

If you pray can you please pray for us 🙏

What are you doing to control your anxiety?

I understand your fears with your husband's upcoming procedure.

Try and focus on the fact that he did well before. I know it's hard but just sharing what my therapist would tell me

Thank you so much for your well wishes 😊 I've been doing breathing exercises and 5-4-3-2-1 and distraction activities and Journaling and giving the dogs longer walks even though it's cool now.

I know the feeling, my husband had kidney failure last year and I was worried sick, thankfully he’s in remission at the moment , it’s so hard when you are both not well , but at least we have each other, take care of each other😘
