hi shepherd, I recently upped my sertraline from 50 to 100, I’m not seeing any signs the increase compared to like it was when I first began taking it. next month I’ll be up for review with my psychiatrist on upping the dose again which I imagine will be similar to your current dosage. I was reminded these things just take time to figure out, it helps I have a creative doctor, if the sertraline proves ineffective we can and will try other options, until then I’m going with the process and hoping for the best. my thoughts are with you and I hope you find comfort and a solution to your medication and illness. remember we all interact differently to the same medications. having said that, I can not notice any positive change taking the sertraline, not even a small percentage but I will see it through until it’s clear a upped dose or the med isn’t effective in my treatment. Good luck I Hope for the best for you.
