This crazy bi*** my mother is coming and im panicking and cleaning and sweating. My damn sister is 17, she can't stay alone, she shouldn't take the appartment and leave me with our alchoholic psychopath personality disorder neurotic victim minded mother in menopause. No. Damn guy i was waiting to visit and didn't get a job. I'm sweating with open windows. Coocoo with a coocoo.

All anxious feelings eventually come to pass. It never lasts forever. Maybe you could write down what you want to say to your mother and then talk to her when you're feeling more calm? If that doesn't help, maybe try group therapy? I'm trying to be helpful but there's not a lot of information to go off of.

Thank you. Anxious feelings come to pass. I love that. And id love group therapy when i get funds. Mom... it's so hard to talk to her

I'm not sure what else to say here. Is there something concrete I and others can help you with? Or are you just wanting to vent?

I used some tools and most important gone no contact with her and now i feel better. Thank you for being here and caring about me. That's what i need
