I’m having a panic attack and can’t seem to make it stop. My heart isn’t racing but I’m sweating and shaky and very anxious. How do I stop this?!?

Have you tried "counting corners"? You walk quickly through a room, literally counting the corners of furniture or items. Touch each one and count out loud until you reach 40. Stop for a moment, reevaluate how you feel and then do it again. It looks a little odd but getting your heart rate up, forcing you to concentrate...it helps get your mind back into focus.
Best of luck and take care.
Here's something that sometimes works for me: Count 6 things you can see (out loud sometimes helps, or on your fingers or something). Count 5 things you can reach out a touch (and then touch them as you count.) Count 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can smell, and 2 things you can taste. I got this from a friend, and the last two can be a little hard to count, but this does help me sometimes.
Just lay down on my bed- breath from you stomach with your hands on your gut. Remember anxiety sucks- bad. But it won't kill you. connect with yourself and feel the bed on you back. Keep breathing until you feel the electricity mellow.
