hai, I am some times I wake up suddenly at night and I am having fear and start sweating. I feel very irritated while I sit calmly.so I start moving my legs for relaxing.what to do this time when I am having a panic attack

I used to get panic attacks quite a bit in the middle of the night it was a very scary thing. And it was always the same sequence of events I would be sleeping I wake up to go to the bathroom come back to bed and then I have a panic attack. I had one for the first time in a few years recently. I always have to distract myself somehow, that seems to get me out of it most times. Turn on the TV or look at my phone something. I saw a therapist once who said if you lay on the floor and put a pillow underneath where your rib cage is that it's supposed to help you for some weird reason. I did try a few times it did help. There last time I had one recently though I forgot about that did not try it. Or just drinking some camomile tea or something like that to help relax you or take a bath. Hard in the middle of the night I know but I have a friend who used to take baths in the middle of the night when should get panic attacks. I remember reading The Power of Now and reading something simple that also helped get me out of them years ago and that was asking myself is there anything wrong right at this moment and the general answer was no.

is it very necessary to do medication for panic attack because I am working in Saudi Arabia and its very expensive here

Well my opinion is also when the panic attacks stay

Ask meds

But meds are here in Belgium also expansive

So

And it's ye wierd a bezo you pay here full amount

The meds are a good short term solution but I think the advice above is great.

Just had panic attack just now, left house to go to hospital pulled up and was relaxed again. Been having panic attack now for 2 months hate it. Do anyone feel like when it happen you want to leave

I’m back in gym now. Learning to talk it out and not hold things in no more. Taking better care mentally and physically. I learn that God first love us and no matter what all is well. You know

Elfe, all is well. I just had to let go a lot of stress and things go. I started praying and change the way I see and think. I had to forgive ppl and forgive myself. After all that I’ve been great. Fasting as well

Yes. Try not to go to hospital if you are sure a panic attack. Also so stupid and old fashioned but paper bag works. And when I get them I now know hey it will be over what’s the worst that will Happen? You’ve had this before you didn’t die. Etc.
