Just wondering if there are any other members that live in Kansas City? I’ve tried to find local support groups for those struggling with anxiety but haven’t found much. My husband has suggested I talk to a therapist but the thought of downloading all the stuff that has caused this mess seems absolutely draining. I’d rather just meet with a small group of like minded adults who understand me. Or if anyone knows of any good resources to find a local community I’d greatly appreciate it!
