Im tired

I am always so tired. I feel like I have a week where Im okay and then boom, exhaustion. I have no energy, I dont want to do anything. I feel like I cant sleep enough. I bought multis but my anxiety is so high Im scared to take them. They also are a VERY high amount of vitamins, they say like 200% of your DV and that worries me. I did just have a few days of intense activity and had visitors, so logically Im probably just worn out from that but my anxiety tells me I am dying.

You know CloverBear95, your body can only absorb so much of the vitamins,

the rest is poured out into your urine. Having had a busy time with activities and

visitors as well, could very much explain your intense tiredness. Give yourself some

me time each day to recover. Always check with your doctor regarding this issue. :) xx
