It can seem daunting, but it's always good to know at least someone can understand, though I find personally, I sometimes have to take breaks from here, if I feel overwhelmed or as my ADHD Dr told me, I'm very susceptible - and she didn't say it as a compliment!

That’s totally understandable and it’s ok to take breaks especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed

Welcome to the great group we have here. It's nice to know so many good people have the same problems like I have. Talking about our situations help me deal with the depression that darkens some of my days, but I try to push through to the light.
