For me, it's Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah. I prefer the studio version.

I know, I know, Mr. Cohen isn't exactly joy personified, maybe I'm "unique." Yup, I'll go with that.

I love any songs by the original Westlife line up of 5 guys and not the selfish 4 boys who wouldn't let my favourite member rejoin the group when he asked to.

There are a lot of good ones, and music helps me to finally feel my emotions, one that helps me feel not so alone and a bit more hopeful is Jumper by Third Eye Blind. Also love Under the Bridge by Red Hot Chili Peppers and now at work when I get to laugh or cry status I like "Everything is awesome" the Lego movie song. "Lost my job - it's a new opportunity!", "Stepped in the mud - got new brown shoes!". 😁☮️😆
