Help, I am having terrible insomnia for the first time in a long period of time. I have many problems I do not know how to deal with and I'm worried this anxiety and the feeling I'm unable to cope will lead to having another mental health crisis, lose my job, etc.

Hi,I recognise the importance of taking care of sleep 😴 and the consequences of not enough good quality sleep time.
My answer is to first of all check in with my psychologist. If necessary, I have learned the value of short term drug assisted sleep.
There is so many ways to find alternative ways to combat insomnia suggested by Dr Google.
Personally, I can't wait to churn through the list and still end with my psychologist. 🐈⬛
