Everyone’s out there to get me

i hate it whenever i make mistakes in front of people even if its the stupidest mistake. I overthink it and think people who saw it are now laughing at me about it or even start saying negstive things about me. I always create scenes in my head wherein people would laugh ate me or talk about me in a degrading way whenever i make a mistake… i dont know anymore, i have little to no self respect or consider myself worthy or my life meaningful.

Hi Alt22 and Welcome.

No one is laughing at you and even if they were, it was a momentary thing.

We all make mistakes and do stupid things at times. We must learn to laugh

at ourselves and know that we are but human and it's okay.

Somewhere along the way in life, someone put that idea in you in not being

worthy and you lost your self esteem. Believe me new friend, you are just as

worthy of a meaningful life as any of us.

May joining our caring community help re-establish your self confidence.

I care. :) xx
