I’m looking for an anxiety support group that meets online or in person. I have an anxious attachment style and suffer from cognitive distortions. I’m looking to rewire my thought process. Does anyone have any info on how I can get connected to a group that meets regularly and has sponsors? Thank you

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but they have online meetings, and sponsors. I've attended a few of their zoom meetings, and they're nice people:

A couple suggestions..both free-NAMI.org

-LiveWell-Foundation.org. They have several Zoom groups throughout the week. I got on with them a while ago and found them helpful. Great moderators.
