Welcome to the community
I'm not familiar with your area. Do you have a primary care Dr that may have recommendations

Hi and welcome! As well as NAMI check with your county. I'm outside Philly and a while ago found a group through my county. For an online weekly Zoom group there's LiveWellFoundation. They have a few different groups during the week. They have really good moderators.
I don’t live in your area but you can try NAMI for support
Also perhaps local church groups
Finding a group/class of something you like might help
Those people have the same interest
Ex- garden club, yoga, walking, art, photography etc
I’ve had anxiety/depression since childhood
I’m in my 50’s now and doing very well
For me- managing my illness requires a plan
Sunlight, walk/exercise, therapist, meds, routine, friend time, journaling, support system, purpose and spiritual life
When I feel off kilter it’s usually because I am lacking in some of these areas and I have to evaluate what’s out of whack and how to fix it
You are worth it, hang on
Wishing you brighter days ahead 🌸☀️🌼
