I'm looking for a weekly support group online and can't find anything. I currently attend a NAMI group and looked for a second one, but every group either doesn't meet online or has outdated info. It seems there's no online support groups out there at all. What can I do?

Any good online support groups?
Yes. I think I would really benefit from an in person or virtually support group and have been unable to find one. I wish that I could find a sponsor in my journey to get better. I confess that I've even though of joining Alcoholics Anonymous because of their many options for groups and my inability to find a group for depression. (I used to abuse alcohol in the past, but I am ok now with a drink or teo every couple weeks or so.) Why is help so darned hard to find? I will sadly echo your what can I do question. And with that, I remember that my insurance company has some support groups - I need to look those up. Thanks.
Sunrisetabby did you know they have a group Emotions Anonymous? "Emotions Anonymous was formed by a group of individuals who found a new way of life by working the Twelve-Step program of Alcoholics Anonymous, as adapted for people with emotional problems." — Preface of Emotions Anonymous. They have both in person and remote/virtual meetings. I have not tried it myself, but I have heard about it and thought I would share in case you haven't heard about it yet.
Try Livingwell foundation.com. They have weekly zoom meetings and are really good. I haven't been on for a while but I have suggested them to others and they really liked the groups. Very well organized, great moderators.
