Online Zoom meetings or support groups?

Does anyone know of any online Zoom meetings for people with anxiety and depression? I have done some research but I was hoping that someone on here might have one to recommend or one that they attend as well?

I have found this support group very helpful and I'm finding value in hearing from others who can relate to what I'm going through. It would be great to have an online space to meet even more people and discuss how and what we do to get through the day.

Try NAMI National Alliance on Mental Illness nami.org/Support-Education/... they have both in person and online. I only did one online meeting myself. I much prefer HealthUnlocked.

A friend of mine really liked depressedanon.com/ I found their website to be very confusing & not user-friendly, but maybe you could check it out for yourself.

meetup.com/ have zoom meetings on many subjects, they are worldwide, I myself am in SWADS which is south wales anxiety and depression support which I found through meetup.
